- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays
- Ability to draft a professional email response back to the customer
- Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application / install/uninstall)
- Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
- Basic troubleshooting of PC and software
- Mandarin speaking preferred
Eligibility: Local/PR
Fixed Allowance: $20 (communication) + $200 (Shift)
Employment Type: 2-year Contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM (12‑hour night shift)
Schedule: 2 days work, 2 days off rotating schedule; Required to work weekends and Public Holidays based on roster.
