Customer Marketing & Training Coordinator (LMS & DAM Focus) -Temporary
Position SummaryThis individual will collaborate closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure a seamless experience for internal users and external partners, delivering impactful content and training tools that align with company go-to-market strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Management System (LMS):
- Maintain and update training content within Absorb LMS (or similar platform) for multiple brands under the Telementum umbrella
- Oversee the planning and upkeep of the LMS editorial calendar to ensure timely updates across all brands
- Support content uploads, course creation, user group segmentation, and reporting
- Assist in scaling and streamlining LMS training experiences across customer segments
- Ensure course materials are up-to-date, branded, and optimized for engagement
