Position Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Connects with potential and existing customers via phone
  2. Input and update prospect details, call outcomes, and service transactions into Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  3. Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls while meeting set performance metrics
  4. Scheduling booking clients from the pro-active call lists while managing time zones and preventing double bookings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Female 
  • College graduate
  • Computer literate
  • Can do multi-tasking in minimum supervision
  • With pleasing personality
  • Excellent in Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to overcome rejections and secure appointments
