Position Overview
We are working with a fantastic training company with offices on the outskirts of Bradford, who are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join their team. Supporting with a range of activities with the focus of building and developing excellent customer relationships. Key responsibilities for this customer relations role will involve;
Manage/ action a shared inbox
Answering/ actioning all customer telephone calls
Prepare customer quotations
Deal with all customer enquiries
Accurate and timely input of information onto the CRM system
The successful candidate will be joining a small but existing team, and you will receive outstanding training and support. This role will be office based 4 days a week and 1 day from home after an initial induction/training period. The successful candidate must have;
Previous experience in a customer relations and administration - minimum of 12 months
Excellent communication skills both written a verbal
