Hourly Rate

£13.35 per hour rising to £13.66 per hour at 9 months in role.

Hours

You’ll work between the hours of 8am and 6pm & only one weekend in three.

Responsibilities

Support and guide our customers during difficult times. Assist with billing queries, help those who have fallen behind on their payments, and provide any other customer assistance needed. You will receive comprehensive training to become an expert in this role.
