WESTLAKE TOTAL SOLUTIONS INC. are looking for OFFICE STAFF (Customer Service Assistants) to work in our Pasay location and to handle administrative and purchasing duties.

• Closed monitoring of shipment pre-alerts and post-advice from Origin Offices and arrival schedules and details from Shipping Lines.
• Collating and validating import documents for Carrier’s and Customs’ release (DO release)
• Preparation Time: 20 mins/shipment
• Capturing of cost per shipment at the same time.
• Cost Capturing: 15 mins/shipment
• Timely and accurate capturing of cost per HBL at the same time.
• Cost Capturing: 15 mins/HBL (incl. checking if captured cost/s are tally with provided carrier billing invoices or agreed Carrier Rate Offer...
