About the Role

The Regional Manager will champion the customer relationship building through the delivery of the desired customer experience to walk-in customers and distribution partners of Customer Service Center.

He/She shall ensure that set service standards are met according to defined turnaround time targets, within the prescribed limits of authority and compliance to procedures and audit guidelines. He/she shall work directly or coordinate with all departments or functions within the company to ensure that the department’s service standards are met and that any service-related concerns are properly and timely resolved. The Regional Manager oversees the general operations and controls under his/her responsibility.
