Position Overview
Job Description
- Monitor, drive, and manage customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with other departments to expedite backlog orders and implement recovery plans to meet on‑time delivery (OTD) targets.
- Prepare and submit production and shipment tracking reports.
- Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and customer service.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Self‑disciplined, able to work independently, and a good team player.
