Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, drive, and manage customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with other departments to expedite backlog orders and implement recovery plans to meet on‑time delivery (OTD) targets.
  • Prepare and submit production and shipment tracking reports.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and customer service.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Self‑disciplined, able to work independently, and a good team player.
