Position Overview

            Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + Variable Bonus

Working location: Changi 
Working Days: Monday – Friday 
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm 
Job Responsibilities Provide professional, excellent service to customers daily by building and maintaining relationships; provide and respond to customer needs regarding carriage availability and order status. 
Negotiate rates and cargo space with carriers/airlines. 
Proactively anticipate problems for customers using daily reporting functions. 
Facilitate win-win solutions during problem-solving for both customers and company by creating efforts through sales, scheduling, transportation, and after-sales service. 
Maintain product knowledge and excellent communication with customers to secure the best carrier for cargo movements.
