The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Process customers orders timely and accurately
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Liaison with overseas agents for freight handling & other matters
  • Handling of Cargo documentation such as LCL & FCL
Requirements The successful candidate
  • Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Sea freight / Airfreight and familiar with import and export process
  • Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
