Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Handle documentations and operation of airfreight, seafreight and end to end deliveries & customs clearance
  • Follow up on outstanding bookings and query resolution
  • Provide customer service to clients and overseas agents by handling their queries/feedbacks and updating shipment status proactively
  • Provide sales support and assist the sales team to check rates with overseas agents, carriers and 3rd party vendors and sending quotations on behalf of salesperson to clients when required
  • Creating shipment jobs and billings
  • Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction excellence
  • Help to increase customer confidence and secure more shipments from customers you are handling
  • To work closely with Sales Team to maximum customer profile successes
