Position Overview
Carrier is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-volume aftermarket parts support team at the Monterrey site. You will drive day-to-day operations, onboard the new location, and optimize workflows using Salesforce and SAP to improve service outcomes for customers.
The role requires 3+ years in Customer Service, 2+ years of team leadership, and strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Bilingual English/Spanish and a U.S. visa are required.
