The Customer Service Officer (CSO) supports daily logistics operations by managing customer enquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, warehouse teams, and transport partners. The role focuses on order accuracy, timely updates, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Communication
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or system platforms
  • Provide updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and order issues
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
Order & Shipment Coordination
  • Process and monitor incoming customer orders in the system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely delivery
  • Ensure accuracy of order details, invoices, and shipping documents
System & Documentation
