Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
  • Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
  • Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
  • Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.
