Responsibilities

Process customer orders in the SAP system to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain customer messages and contact information in Customer Master Data records.

Coordinate shipping and delivery between customers and plants.

Review special pricing requests for consistency and proper approvals.

Investigate and resolve customer deductions to prevent future issues.

Report inventory shortages to the Regional Supply Chain Manager and Inventory Planner.
