**Responsibilities:**

+ Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction
+ Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner. Take the lead as a first PIC for customers
+ Work with internal/external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience
+ Manage account/customer expectations
+ Work with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions
+ Help craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards
+ Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
+ Process Stock In/Out in SAP
+ Work with internal customers on process improvements
+ Help craft account SOPs and Work Instructions
