What you can expect

  • Managing all correspondence with our customers by telephone and e-mail with high quality assistance level
  • Processing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking, limit exceeding)
  • Maintaining the quality of customer information
    in a CRM

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)
  • Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
  • Familiar with MS office 
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proactivity and high attention to details
  • Good team player
  • Italian fluency written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
