• Process: International Process (Healthcare Domain)
• Shifts: Rotational Shifts
• Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week offs
• Location - Noida, Candor
• Budget - Upto 5 LPA
• Education – HSC/ Graduate can apply
• Work Exp. – Minimum 6 months experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good Communication. (Voice B2-60-65)
• Answer Inbound Calls from US Consumers.
• Should be able to probe and identify the problem on call
• Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the Client / Process for Quality, Productivity, Attendance and Schedule Adherence.
