Position Overview

Are you someone with CSR experience (preferably in the Green industry), looking for full time, day shift work in the Ottawa area?

Customer Service Representative needed immediately in Ottawa

$23.50/hr

Monday to Friday, Day Shift (7am to 4:30pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist commercial and residential customers in person, by phone and online
  • Process orders, manage inventory and merchandising
  • Building strong relationships and supporting sales growth opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of CSR, retail or wholesale experience
  • Green industry knowledge is an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Good decision making ability
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
