We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support insurance-related customer interactions for a financial company Robert Half works with. This will be a REMOTE role, but the candidate MUST sit out of the DES MOINES area. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage several systems at once, maintain accurate records, and deliver attentive service across phone and email channels.
