About the Unit

Yara Africa Fertilizer (Pty) Ltd has an opportunity for a Customer Service Centre Specialist based at our offices in Brackengate, Western Cape. The overall responsibility of the Customer Service Centre Specialist is to provide support for the administration, queries and technology requirements of the Customer Service Centre to ensure smooth service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of support for issues and queries from end users in CAP, AFE, ZFD and MGC (specifically in SD and MM modules).
• Participate in Yara IT's processes for incident management, change management, testing and communication.
• Manage e-KB table updates and distribution.
• Assist with Material requests for CAP, AFE, ZFD and MGC where necessary.
• Assist with Ad doc reporting & Month-end reporting.
