  • Monday to Friday role with consistent daytime hours (8:00/8:30 am to 4:30/5:00 pm)
  • Wiri, Auckland on-site role, Free on-site car parking

Role Details:

As a Customer Service Representative, working full-time, you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit of customer service. Engaging with customers through phone, email, and online, you will effectively manage and resolve their enquiries in a values-led manner. Working across a variety of enquiries, you will:

  • Process orders and invoices accurately and on time
  • Communicate delivery updates and manage delays effectively
  • Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Organise and manage daily administrative paperwork
  • Monitor non-conformance activities and credit levels
