This role serves as the team lead for Technical Specialists , supporting the Customer Success Manager in day-to-day operations, service delivery, and administrative functions. The CSA plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, service quality, and team performance.

• Graduate of any 4‑year course (preferably Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields)
