Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in executing complex customer projects
- Guide customers throughout the entire implementation and onboarding phases
- Advise customers on technical and operational payment solutions
- Coordinate between customers, partners and internal teams such as Product, Operations and Support
- Assist with integrations and rollouts in the hospitality and vending sectors
- Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
- Support escalations and problem-solving for complex issues
- Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and Customer Success structures
