Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in executing complex customer projects
  • Guide customers throughout the entire implementation and onboarding phases
  • Advise customers on technical and operational payment solutions
  • Coordinate between customers, partners and internal teams such as Product, Operations and Support
  • Assist with integrations and rollouts in the hospitality and vending sectors
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
  • Support escalations and problem-solving for complex issues
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and Customer Success structures

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Account Management or a comparable customer-facing role
