Salary: $70,000 - $76,000 a year

Location: Vancouver, Hybrid (3 days in office)

Type: Full-Time

Total On‑Target Earnings (base + commission): $75,600 CAD + share options

Reports to: Customer Growth Manager

About the Role

This is a fast-moving, high-volume role that requires an equal mix of relationship building, strategy, and acting with urgency to fulfill both school and educator needs. You will be on the front lines of our mission, managing and growing a portfolio of U.S. school partnerships while simultaneously supporting a dedicated group of educators to ensure they find the right roles and succeed in them. You’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the U.S. education system by helping schools save money and educators earn more.
