Candidates having experience in International Voice Process- Technical Customer Support are eligibleRole Responsibilities:Handle international customer queries via voice supportTroubleshoot Wi-Fi, network connectivity, broadcast, and device-related issuesProvide support for smart home devices, cameras, doorbells, alarms, and mobile app issuesResolve customer issues within defined TAT and quality standardsMaintain accurate documentation and follow SOPs & compliance guidelinesCoordinate with internal technical teams for escalations when requiredDeliver a seamless customer experience through strong written communicationRequired Experience & Skills:Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in Technical / Customer SupportMandatory experience in International Voice supportHands-on exposure to Wi-Fi troubleshooting, network issues, broadcast supportExperience with Comcast / Airtel Broadcast / ISP processesBasic understanding of routers, modems, connectivity, and smart devicesExcellent written ...
