Position Overview

ob Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat. Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution. Follow company policies and meet service quality standards. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . Well-versed in handling Email and Chat Support . Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
