Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and support tickets.

Provide functional support on HRMS modules such as Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, ESS & Employee Lifecycle.

Troubleshoot product-related issues and coordinate with Product & Engineering teams for timely resolution.

Ensure SLA adherence and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Customer Support/Product Support within an HRMS/HCM SaaS environment.
