What you'll do:
Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email professionally
Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer issues
Keep records of interactions and update customer data accurately
Meet daily/weekly performance and response-time targets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Polite, patient, and customer-first attitude
