Position Overview
D•Engage is a multinational SaaS company delivering innovative solutions that drive digital engagement. We are seeking a CX Specialist for our growing CX department in Lahore to welcome new clients, assist with setup, and foster strong client relationships.
You will be the first line of contact for technical queries, troubleshoot usability, API calls, imports/exports, and collaborate with account management to resolve issues, ensuring clients achieve their objectives.
