The Role

We are looking for a D365 Developer / Application Specialist to join our platform team in York on a hybrid basis.

The role will support the development, configuration and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, primarily across Customer Service and Sales. Working with the Technical Lead and wider delivery team, you will configure and customise D365 applications, develop extensions where needed, support integrations, resolve defects and contribute to reliable, maintainable platform delivery.

You should have practical experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate and solution management.
