DACH German-Speaking Golf CX Specialist

Takomo Golf is seeking a native German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist based in Turku. You will be the German voice guiding DACH customers through purchases, solving issues with warmth, and ensuring every touchpoint feels local and authentic.

You’ll lead localization efforts for product content and campaigns, working cross-functionally with marketing, product and ops to expand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
