Position Overview
Data Acquisition Engineer (Windsor, Ontario)
Hourly pay range: $34.00 – $36.80. May be asked to travel to the USA for meetings. Ability to qualify for US TN visa. Hybrid.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up and conducting data acquisition using various data acquisition systems, coordinating test specimen build, setting up data acquisition systems, data processing, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Detailed understanding of the data acquisition systems and various transducers used and how they interact as well as CAN communication.
- The ability to operate and conduct data acquisition at company grounds.
- Process and detail-oriented with proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal guidance.
- Good communication and leadership skills required to coordinate and instruct bargaining unit mechanics in performing vehicle instrumentation, part strain gauging and part changes.
