- Monitor and report real-time performance metrics
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reports
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for assigned division
- Identify and clean duplicate or incorrect records
- Use multiple data sources to validate and update information
- Create QC reports to detect and correct data issues
- Improve processes for data collection, cleanup, validation, and analysis
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
