Position Overview

Mission.

As part of this assignment, you will be supporting a major data migration programme within the insurance sector. You will work hand-in-hand with the Data Management teams to ensure the successful migration of the NN portfolio into the target Athora systems.

Your role will span data mapping, data quality assessment, documentation, and cross-functional alignment with business and technical stakeholders.


You will:

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of data analysis activities within the migration stream.

  • Map structured and unstructured data from legacy (“AS-IS”) systems to the target systems.

  • Analyse existing data quality, identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas.

  • Support the implementation of mitigation plans to ensure non-regression of data quality throughout the migration process.
