Scope of Work

This technical liaison identifies business issues and designs reporting solutions for various

stakeholders. The role focuses on building departmental consensus and providing technical support

for tools like SSRS, Power BI, and ServiceNow to ensure data visibility. The tasks include:

• Meet with program staff to identify business-level issues and design practical solutions for department stakeholders.


• Work with users to ensure they can effectively use both new and existing reports within the department.


• Lead efforts to build consensus on data and reporting needs across different internal divisions and external city departments.
