Data & Analytics Specialist

**Job Summary**:
The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and transforming data into valuable information to support strategic decision-making in the Service Center.
This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large volumes of data from various sources, as well as developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Additionally, the analyst will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the Service Center's processes, using data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings.
As part of the Digital Transformation team, the Data Analytics Specialist will collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions.
