Position Overview
Title: Data Engineer
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Design and optimize data models, data lakes, and warehouses
Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across platforms
Integrate data from multiple sources (HR systems, performance tools, etc.)
Work closely with AI/ML and product teams to enable data-driven features
Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards
Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Kafka, etc.)
Understanding of data modelling and architecture principles
