Data Privacy Analyst

rhi is recruiting for an experienced Data Privacy Analyst to join our client's team based in KL, Malaysia, on a 12-month contract.

• Working arrangement: Hybrid 60/40
• Working hour: flexible working hour - 8.30am - 5.30pm (Malaysia time)
• Must have strong English + Mandarin (read, write, speak)

The role plays a critical part in disentangling shared our clients workplace services, standing up fit‑for‑purpose standalone workplace operations, and supporting colleagues through change, uncertainty and physical transitions associated with separation.

This role operates at the intersection of Workplace, Real Estate, P&C, IT, Security and the Separation PMO / EY SMO, translating separation strategy into delivered, operational workplaces.

The role sits within the Separation Programme delivery structure, working closely with:

• Workplace & Our Workplace teams
• P&C (Change, People Experience, Workforce)
