Role Overview: The Workplace operations analyst is accountable for ensuring that workplace services, environments and colleague experience enable Day 1 readiness and business continuity for the separated entity, while maintaining health, safety and security standards during transition. The role plays a critical part in disentangling shared workplace services, standing up fit for purpose standalone workplace operations, and supporting colleagues through change, uncertainty and physical transitions associated with separation. This role operates at the intersection of Workplace, Real Estate, P&C, IT, Security and the Separation PMO / EY SMO, translating separation strategy into delivered, operational workplaces.
