Database Supervisor – Integral Database Services

We are seeking a Database Supervisor to join our Integral Database Services team, acting as the final escalation point for complex incidents and leading initiatives in architecture, automation, and optimization across critical Microsoft SQL Server environments and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex incidents, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Problem Management in SQL Server environments.
• Design and implement High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and performance tuning strategies.
• Define standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines in collaboration with Architecture and Engineering teams.
