**echnical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis.
- Hands-on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty for file management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management.
- Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries.
- Familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.
**Work Flexibility: (Mandatory & Critical)**
- Should work on Saturdays & Sundays and adapt to rotational shifts as required covering CST hrs.
