Datacenter Technician

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Services Professional to support and lead work within customer data centers and colocation facilities. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and operation of optical transport infrastructure while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with fiber optic infrastructure, optical testing, troubleshooting, and data center operations. This position requires occasional travel of up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fiber installation, decommissioning, migrations, remediation, and break/fix activities in data center environments.
• Perform and supervise optical testing and troubleshooting using tools such as OTDRs, optical power meters, VFLs, and light sources.
