Overall Purpose

As a Mobilization Manager, you will take a leadership role in designing, managing, and implementing Service Transition programs that ensure seamless outsourcing and delivery solutions. Working closely with Client and Service Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects, you will oversee critical responsibilities.

• Lead the creation of high‑quality response materials in collaboration with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
