Position Overview

BYD is seeking a Quality and Customer Experience professional in Argentina to lead NPS initiatives across the dealer network. You will monitor customer journeys, audit showroom standards, and partner with Sales, Aftersales, and Marketing to improve processes.

The role requires 3+ years in NPS or customer service within the automotive/OEM space, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluent English. Strong data analysis and Excel skills are essential.
