Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Debrief Local and Cross Border manifests and reconcile budgets
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the department's short-term and long-term goals
- Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth
- Operate at a high-performance level and install a high-performance culture in subordinates
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff
- Prepare monthly reports and present to the General Manager
- Determine department goals and KPIs
- Collect Cash Returns and pay in at Cash Office / Control Room
- Assist in driver queries and manifest discrepancies
- Handle filing and general administrative duties
- Extract outstanding Debriefing Reports from the System and liaise with Operations
- Assist with operations admin / refunds & amendments
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a diploma/degree in business management or similar
