Position Overview
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To reconcile and process payments in order to manage cash flow and mitigate financial risk to the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Process all medical Aid remittances
Request all refunds
Manage the Bank statement and all receipting transactions and ensure these are reconciled daily
File all related documentation as per guideline
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 or equivalent
DESIRED EDUCATION: Grade 12 with Accounting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Experience in Debtors Control
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in debtors and cashbook administration
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
