Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand for a 25m+ yacht.

A fantastic opportunity to join a small private yacht with a new crew, perfect for a proactive deckhand who thrives in a flexible environment and can adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Requirements

• Previous deckhand experience essential
• All relevant tickets in hand plus PBL2 essential
• Strong on deck with good technical skills
• Confident in tender handling/driving
• Great team player and communication skills
• Must be adaptable and flexible with changing requirements
• Positive mindset and attitude towards work
• Schengen visa required

Compensation & Benefits

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Spain
• Salary: USD 4000
• Leave: 45 days
