As a Delivery Manager in our team, you will be the trusted partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers — the person who knows their business, speaks their language, and ensures the platform delivers on its promise every day.

You will own the operational layer of our structured, three‑level account engagement model — running regular, purposeful engagement with your accounts, catching issues before they escalated, and advocating internally for what your accounts need.

The career path from here is genuinely open. Within the team you can grow into senior and advisory roles, or move across Quorum into Customer Success, Sales, or Solution Architecture. Some travel is expected — you will meet customers on site across our global regions and attend industry events.
