Role & Responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Executive – Order to Cash at IBM, you will lead the delivery of complex O2C and supply chain transformation programs for enterprise clients, ensuring end‑to‑end execution excellence across finance, logistics, and fulfillment processes while driving measurable business outcomes.

• Manage the delivery of O2C projects and services, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and IBM quality standards.
